1. Local "Hold for Pickup" (Recommended)
Because wine kits are heavy and our "Make It For Me" service requires on-site processing, we offer a Free Local Pickup option at our Torbay storefront.
- How it works: Select "Hold for Pickup" at checkout.
- Location: 983A Torbay Road, Torbay NL A1K1A3, Newfoundland.
- Processing Time: Most in-stock kits are ready for pickup or to start the brewing process within 24 hours.
- "Make It For Me" Service: If you have selected the brewing service, your kit will stay on-site for the duration of the fermentation process (typically 4–8 weeks). We will notify you when your wine is ready for bottling.
2. Shipping Within Newfoundland & Labrador
We offer shipping for "Kit Only" orders across the province, rest of Canada at a later time.
- Rates: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight.
- Oversize Items: Please note that due to the extreme weight of wine kits, shipping rates may be significantly higher than standard retail items.
- Labels & Shrinks: If purchased alongside a "Make It For Me" kit, these items will be held on-premise at our Torbay location to be used during your bottling session.
3. How You’ll Be Notified
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation from our online store.
- For Kit Only: You will receive a second notification when your order is packed and ready for pickup at our store.
- For "Make It For Me" Service: You will receive updates throughout the fermentation process, followed by a final notification 3 days before your scheduled bottling appointment.
