Newfoundland Vintners is so confident in the quality of our wine kits that we have a 100% guarantee. If you are not happy with your finished wine for ANY reason, we will replace it for FREE or refund your money. (See below for details)

our on-site winemaking promise

Wines made on-site with us carry a 100% guarantee, we’ll make you another batch of similar value, or we’ll refund your money. We simply ask for you to do two things:

• Let the wine age at least one month in the bottles before making your decision to return it. 
• Bring in a sample bottle for analysis to our store.
  
  We’d like to know what went wrong therefor we reserve the right to ask for the wine back. With this in mind we ask that you have at least 28 bottles of the original 30 (wine).
  
  If you’d like to take advantage of our quality guarantee, we ask you contact the store within 6 months of bottling your wine.

We are sorry, but we cannot replace wine that has been discarded before contacting us.

our made at home winemaking promise

Wins made in the comfort of your own home still carry our 100% guarantee. If you’re not 100% happy with your wine, we’ll replace your kit with one of similar value, or we will refund your money. We simply ask you do four things:

• Save the sticker code on the top of the box.
• Follow all of the instructions.
• Allow the wine to age at least one month in the bottles making your decision to return it.
• Bring in a sample bottle for analysis to our store.

  If you’d like to take advantage of our quality guarantee, we ask you contact us within 6 months of bottling the wine.
